We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Property Consultant specializing in off-plan properties to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, particularly in the off-plan sector, and possess deep knowledge of the Dubai property market. This role is commission-only, providing an excellent opportunity for high earnings based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service to understand their needs and preferences.
Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends, developments, and opportunities in the Dubai real estate market, especially in the off-plan sector.
Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain clients. Promote off-plan properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and networking events.
Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with clients and developers to achieve favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time, including sales agreements, contracts, and client records.
Client Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with clients to provide updates on new projects, investment opportunities, and market conditions.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on off-plan properties.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market and off-plan projects.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
Self-Motivation: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Licenses: Valid UAE driving license and RERA certification preferred.
Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
