Senior Property Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients including local and international investors, property developers, and individuals seeking luxury real estate.
• Conduct property viewings, market analysis, and property valuations to provide clients with accurate information for their real estate decisions.
• Showcase and market high-end properties in Dubai through various channels including online listings, social media, and networking events.
• Negotiate property deals and contracts to ensure favorable terms for clients.
• Keep up-to-date with the Dubai real estate market trends and regulations, providing clients with valuable insights.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a seamless experience for clients throughout the buying or renting process.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop high-quality property listings and promotional materials.
• Prepare detailed property reports, financial analysis, and investment strategies for clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Property Consultant in the Dubai real estate market.
• Strong proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai property market regulations and trends.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in dealing with luxury and high-value properties.
• A network of high-net-worth clients and industry connections is a significant advantage.
