Senior Project Manager - Exhibitions

Role: Senior Project Manager (exhibitions)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Oversee the planning, execution, and success of exhibitions and trade shows. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail to ensure seamless event delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of exhibitions, from concept to execution.
2. Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
3. Develop budgets, manage expenses, and negotiate contracts.
4. Oversee venue selection, logistics, stand design, and on-site event management.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
6. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to enhance event experiences.
7. Evaluate event success and implement improvements for future exhibitions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in exhibition/event management.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
