Role: Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• 6-8 years of experience managing a sportswear brand account.
• Hybrid role combining client liaison and project leadership.
• Detail-oriented; responsible for maintaining documentation such as client meeting reports, status updates, proposals, graphic schedules, and budgets.
• Collaborative experience with strategy and creative teams.
• Strong understanding of branding and design processes; not required to create designs but should be knowledgeable about the design process.
• Proven experience in client communication.
• Skilled in managing multiple projects, handling various aspects of the account.
• Responsible for maintaining a tracker for all ongoing pitches and projects for the brand.
• Good knowledge of production and digital solutions.
• Ideally, not solely focused on project/operations; beneficial to have experience working closely on creative proposals.
• Required to deliver on-site, coordinating with contractors, client ground teams, and stores.
• Knowledge and experience in working with malls and public spaces.
• Travel to the GCC, particularly Saudi Arabia (KSA), will be required.
