• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.

Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Electrical

Job Overview: The Senior Project Manager - Electrical will be responsible for securing small EPC projects that align with the interests of our current principals (manufacturers we represent in the UAE). This role includes developing and managing the Electrical Sales team to ensure the achievement of sales targets. The role is mid-level and critical for catering to the Oil and Gas, Utilities, and other major industrial sectors in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Sales and Team Management:
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop the company's EPC business.
  • Manage, coach, and support the electrical team to achieve their individual targets.
• Relationship Building:
  • Build and improve relations with suppliers, partners, key personnel from clients, and end users.
• Strategic Planning:
  • Formulate and execute strategies to achieve electrical portfolio goals and develop the EPC business.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence to management.
• Project Management:
  • Manage service contracts.
  • Be hands-on, taking up assignments at the site.
  • Manage projects according to the scope, without deviations, and within the target duration.
• Ethical Standards and Collaboration:
  • Follow the highest ethical standards and values in business.
  • Show strong commitment to health and safety.
  • Work collaboratively with different support functions and peers to achieve the company's vision and goals.

Key Deliverables:

• Achieve sales targets (individual and team).
