Senior Project Manager

One of the Prestigious Dubai Based Global Contracting Company is searching for a Senior Project Manager for their various high end residential tower and Villa projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of large-scale building construction, including high-rise towers and low-rise projects such as villas and villa master developments.
2. Implement project baselines; monitor and control projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs, and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution.
3. Review deliverables across projects.
4. Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, and stakeholders to determine technical specifications, ensure timely execution, obtain approvals, and secure statutory clearances.
5. Coordinate and obtain permissions for project work from various government regulatory authorities.
6. Lead a team of professionals, ensuring suitable deployment and timely availability of manpower.

Education:

Degree in Civil or Construction Engineering.

Experience:

Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience in high and low-rise project execution, with experience in the capacity of Project Manager.
