Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project execution across residential and hospitality developments. This role is critical in ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of high-profile projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Lead the full project lifecycle from concept design to final handover, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budgets, and timelines.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to drive seamless execution.
• Contract & Risk Management: Oversee contract administration, assess project risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and optimize cost efficiencies without compromising quality.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to local regulations, safety protocols, and international construction standards.
• Leadership & Team Management: Mentor junior project managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a high-performance culture.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of project management experience in large-scale residential and hospitality developments.
• Proven track record in end-to-end project delivery, from feasibility studies to final completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, procurement strategies, and contract administration (FIDIC preferred).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with regional construction regulations, building codes, and permitting processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (PMP certification is a plus).
