Senior Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager Infrastructure (Roads, Bridges, Tunnels & Highways)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: Up to AED 50,000/month + Company Car

About the Company:

We're working with one of Dubai's leading infrastructure contractors, specializing in large-scale projects like roads, bridges, tunnels, and highways. They're known for their high-quality work and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team and take the lead on exciting new projects across the UAE.

The Role:

As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing major infrastructure projects from start to finish. You'll lead a team, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure everything runs smoothly, on time, and on budget. If you've got experience managing roads, bridges, tunnels, or highways projects, this is a great opportunity to work on some of Dubai's biggest and most impactful infrastructure projects.

What You'll Do:

• Manage large infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, tunnels, highways) from planning to delivery.
• Oversee project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, keeping everything on track.
• Be the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, keeping them updated on progress.
• Ensure the project meets all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Track budgets, schedules, and contracts to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Tackle any issues that come up and keep things moving forward.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in infrastructure (roads, bridges, tunnels, highways).
• Solid understanding of construction management, budgets, and contracts.
• Experience managing large, complex projects, especially in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (PMP or similar qualifications are a plus).
