1. In conjunction with the HSES and yard management teams, ensure that all aspects of the project are executed safely and ensure compliance with HSES responsibilities.
2. In conjunction with the HSES team, ensure that project risk assessments are carried out as necessary.
3. At least 10 years of experience in the offshore construction industry, including a minimum of 5 years in a management post.
4. Ensure that all activities relating to the project are properly planned and that the plans and responsibilities therein are passed to and understood by all concerned parties.
5. In conjunction with the Procurement Supply Chain group, ensure that all materials and equipment (including FIM and OFE) are procured and delivered in accordance with the project's contract requirements.
6. Ensure that the project schedule and resource plans are properly prepared in accordance with the contract requirements and monitor the project to ensure its timely completion.
7. In conjunction with the production team, ensure that labour resources are effectively and efficiently utilized in accordance with the project schedule and budget.
8. Manage all project costs against the project budget and allocate resource allowances to other company functions including production, engineering, and QA/QC to ensure that costs are controlled and efficiencies maximized.
9. In accordance with the LGMS, prepare a project risk management plan and manage risks throughout the project.
10. Technical Engineering Degree.
11. Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in the English language.
