Senior Project Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Manager(Fluent in Arabic) with 12+ years of experience to join our dynamic team in Dubai.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader with expertise in banking and fintech to manage and oversee complex projects, drive business transformation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple client projects, ensuring timely delivery and achieving overall objectives.
• Develop, implement, and monitor detailed project plans and milestones, ensuring all work packages align with company goals.
• Work closely with business partners, vendors, and internal teams to streamline processes and deliver insights on project scope and deliverables.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, providing critical data for decision-making.
• Mentor and train cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and enhance team performance.
• Oversee company-wide data migration and analysis, change management, contract negotiations, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
