Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager for a leading events and exhibitions company.

Dubai Based Role

In this role, you will work towards developing and maintaining a portfolio of shows, events and fit-outs the company executes. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously while monitoring project schedules, budgets, resources, and milestones to ensure successful outcomes.

Here's what you'll do:

• Research, plan and revenue targets in order to meet the Company strategic plan.
• Will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring their successful planning, execution, and delivery
• Examine and assess the competitive landscape and market trends within the trade shows and interior contracting sectors, both in the immediate and foreseeable future.
• Ensure exhibitors and internal service delivery teams are provided with the tools and information they require to plan service delivery
• Produce a comprehensive project management plan identifying critical project milestones. Ensure this PMP is followed and key deadlines are achieved
• Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Lead and motivate your team to achieve operational excellence.

To be successful, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• Minimum 5 - 6 year’s work experience in project management preferably in the events & exhibitions industry
• Good general IT skills especially Excel, PowerPoint or relevant presentation software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management skills
