Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a well-seasoned (15 years+) Senior Project Manager who has experience combining creativity and technical knowledge with business skills, collaborating with a team of architects and designers to deliver unparalleled architectural projects to the client's satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be able to take a project from inception to completion and will be:

• reviewing and commenting on the contract prior to signature,
• negotiating and appointing sub-consultants,
• leading meetings with clients,
• leading meetings with the team of consultants and assigning tasks to the project team to ensure successful delivery,
• driving the design progress,
• tracking progress to deliver the project(s) on time and within budget.
