Senior Project Manager

Multifamily & Commercial Construction. Projects between 10M / +150M.

Responsibilities

1. Full overview and responsibilities of multiple projects.
2. Managing contracts, costs, schedules, safety, and quality throughout all phases of the construction process.
3. Accountable for maintaining relationships with clients and subcontractors, building trust and value throughout the construction process.
4. Cost Controlling / Preconstruction.
5. Process Improvement.
6. Scheduling.
7. Team Management.
8. Stakeholder management.

Qualifications

1. B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field and/or related construction experience.
2. 15-25 years or more of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor in Commercial, Multifamily Mixed Use, over 100M, ground up / renovations.
3. Ability to read construction drawings, coordination, and familiarity with the South Florida area subcontractor and vendor market.
4. Organizational, administrative, and communication skills are crucial to the success of the role.
5. Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software experience is important.
