Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.
• Manage project budgets, including forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Mentor and guide junior project team members, fostering their professional development.
• Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies.
• Analyze project performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the built environment or construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Advanced organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing circumstances and make informed decisions under pressure.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Professional accreditation (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in project management.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
