Senior Project Manager

We seek a skilled and organized Senior Project Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion. This includes pitching tenders, preparing proposals, managing client relationships, and supervising execution and post-event reviews. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.

We are also open to considering candidates for a Project Director role, depending on their experience. The role will be based in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tender Review & Proposal Preparation: Analyze tenders, clarify client needs, and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
2. Client Communication: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their expectations are met.
3. Design & Production Management: Coordinate design briefs, approvals, and ensure projects stay on track with production timelines and budgets.
4. Event Delivery: Finalize budgets, confirm project details with clients, supervise production, and ensure all necessary permits and safety standards are met.
5. Post-Event Review: Conduct reviews, gather feedback, and prepare reports for continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in event project management, preferably in design or related industries.
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
4. Proficient in event management software and MS Office.
5. Degree in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Working Conditions:

1. Full-time position with occasional travel for client meetings and site visits.

Monthly Salary:

1. Approx AED 25,000 - 30,000
