Senior Project Manager

Minimum Requirements

1. Proven leadership capability.
2. Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering related technical/business field.
3. 10+ years of related construction phase experience is required, with 5+ years of related project management experience on related projects.
4. Incumbent should have a broad general technical and business background.
5. Must have experience managing landscape projects.
6. Professional registration may also be required.
7. Must have the ability to manage projects, interface with clients, and enjoy being hands-on technically in the project.
8. Our Project Managers still get very involved in the designs on the project.
9. Capability in scheduling using Primavera P6 and ongoing monitoring and driving of projects with a well-ordered and logical sequence.
10. Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards; incumbent must meet GHD project management certification requirements.
11. Proven ability to perform in a management capacity, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
12. Contract management knowledge is required.
