Senior Project Manager

For our own projects, we are looking for: Senior Project Manager.

MISSION:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead offshore brownfield projects, ensuring successful execution while adhering to safety, quality, and cost objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing offshore projects, particularly in brownfield environments, with prior exposure to ADNOC operations being a strong advantage.

TASKS:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of offshore brownfield projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory and client standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams, managing project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure successful delivery.
• Act as the primary interface between stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards and ADNOC specific safety protocols.
• Manage risks and develop mitigation strategies to address technical, financial, and operational challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project performance and efficiency.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Ensure contract compliance and manage change requests effectively.
• Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and recommendations to senior management.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 20+ years of experience in project management within the Offshore Oil & Gas sector.
• Proven track record managing brownfield projects with a strong understanding of modification and upgrade challenges.
• Experience with ADNOC projects is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of international offshore regulations and standards.
• Fluent level of English, written and spoken.
