Senior Quantity Surveyor Position

This senior role requires expertise in managing complex project deliverables, team briefing, resource allocation, and performance monitoring of project surveyors.

Key Tasks:

1. Familiarize the team with project scope to ensure clear understanding of roles and responsibilities.
2. Efficiently manage resources within predetermined limits.
3. Regularly monitor and enhance the performance of direct reports.
4. Function as a Deputy Project Manager on ePM for at least one active project.
5. Provide support in managing project services utilizing ePM and other systems.

Essential Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in overseeing building and/or infrastructure projects.
2. Supervisory experience is necessary.
3. Prior experience in the Middle East region is advantageous.

Education and Certifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying and/or Engineering from a reputable international institution or university.
2. MRICS or equivalent certification is mandatory.
