Senior Project Coordinator

Aimstyle, a leading branding and web design agency, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of branding and web design projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver outstanding results.

1. Project Planning and Scheduling:
   • Collaborate with the project manager to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
   • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
   • Ensure project timelines are met, and milestones are achieved.
2. Team Coordination:
   • Coordinate and allocate project tasks to the design and development teams.
   • Foster effective communication and collaboration between team members.
   • Monitor and manage team performance to ensure project goals are met.
3. Client Communication:
   • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and managing client expectations.
   • Gather client feedback and relay it to the project team for continuous improvement.
4. Resource Management:
   • Monitor project resources, including budgets, materials, and personnel.
   • Identify potential resource gaps and work with the project manager to address them.
5. Quality Assurance:
   • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that project deliverables meet Aimstyle's high standards and client requirements.
   • Implement necessary revisions and improvements as needed.
6. Risk Management:
   • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
   • Proactively address issues and obstacles to keep projects on track.
7. Documentation and Reporting:
   • Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and project files.
   • Prepare and present regular project status reports to clients and senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Project Management, Marketing, Design).
• Proven experience as a project coordinator, project manager, or similar role within a creative agency or related industry.
• Strong understanding of branding and web design processes.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
