Senior Program Manager - Global Store (Arabic Speaker), MENA Stores

Amazon's Global Store team is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to drive key strategic initiatives and ensure the successful delivery of critical projects. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing large, complex, and cross-functional programs that support the growth and expansion of Amazon's global retail business.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Manage end-to-end delivery of high-impact programs and projects, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, finance, and business stakeholders.
2. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk mitigation strategies, and status reporting to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
3. Identify and resolve roadblocks, dependencies, and risks to keep projects moving forward.
4. Facilitate effective decision making, communication, and coordination across teams.
5. Define metrics and KPIs to track program performance and demonstrate business impact.
6. Lead regular program reviews to provide transparency on progress, issues, and proposed solutions.
7. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and drive efficiencies.
8. Mentor and develop more junior program managers on the team.

Qualifications :

1. 7+ years of experience in program / project management, ideally in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
2. Strong background in managing large, complex, and cross-functional programs from concept to completion.
3. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
4. Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
5. Experience with global operations and international project delivery.
6. Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment.
7. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or MBA preferred.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of post-undergraduate and pre-Master's professional or military experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of at least one data visualization product (Tableau, Looker, Amazon QuickSight, etc.).
• Full-time MBA program in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in Arabic.
