We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Techno-Functional Senior Project/Program Manager to lead and deliver strategic initiatives across Clearing, Payments, and Trade domains. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience managing complex projects and programs, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage large-scale, cross-functional projects and programs in Clearing, Payments, and Trade domains, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project/program scope, objectives, and success criteria.
Develop and execute comprehensive project/program plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Drive project/program governance, including regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on progress, risks, and dependencies.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure projects/programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and lessons learned.
Qualifications And Experience
10-15 years of experience in project/program management, preferably within Clearing, Payments, and Trade domains.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex, high-impact projects/programs in financial services or related industries.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong technical acumen with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technology teams.
Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
