We are looking for a Sales Director focused on financial services enterprise customers and Web3 builders in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, & Africa) to join our growing sales team. Preference is given to candidates with experience selling to Middle East banks.
Responsibilities
- Source and secure qualified sales opportunities through prospecting and proactive outreach.
- Own all aspects of the sale, from prospecting to navigating the legal review of contracts.
- Conduct consultative meetings with client stakeholders up to the C-suite level, demonstrating the value of Halborn.
- Develop and execute account strategies to maximize sales volume and revenue.
- Conduct deep discovery into the account's business and link needs to Halborn's solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to potential clients to build strong relationships.
- Negotiate balanced deal terms, renewals, and expansions that benefit both Halborn and clients.
- Develop impactful close plans to ensure high conversion rates from prospect to sale.
- Provide accurate monthly forecasts and actively update Salesforce.
- Leverage cross-functional teams to navigate complex sales cycles efficiently.
- Secure or maintain legal documents, including MSAs and other strategic agreements.
- Manage account relationships by responding to customer requests and resolving issues.
- Update and improve our CRM process and pipeline using HubSpot.
- Participate in marketing events to represent Halborn and build brand awareness.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of demonstrated success in winning new business in the technology space, specifically in the financial services industry in EMEA, with a focus on the Middle East and UAE.
- Experience selling technology services to enterprise customers in financial services, preferably with blockchain or cybersecurity.
- Proven track record of attaining revenue targets and driving business growth.
- Well-versed in security challenges and solutions.
- Strong follow-up skills to ensure no opportunities are missed.
- Excellent executive presence and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior leaders.
- Powerful communication and interpersonal skills, highly articulate via phone, email, and in person.
- Ability to navigate and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Adaptable to a constantly changing work environment.
- High self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
- Willingness to learn technical aspects of blockchain and cybersecurity.
- Ability to travel up to 40%.
