Senior Product Owner

A dynamic IT company specializing in software development and project management in Web3 is looking for a Senior Product Owner.

The company collaborates with leading cryptocurrency exchanges, gaming platforms, and builds scalable and secure solutions for Web3 and blockchain projects.

You are needed on the team to work on an innovative decentralized platform designed to make the crypto ecosystem accessible to everyone, regardless of experience or background.

The platform is built on an independent blockchain, fully EVM-compatible, supports smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps), and is governed by the community through a DAO model — all for the sake of transparency, equal opportunities, and long-term sustainability.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Dubai office (09:00–18:00, Monday to Friday). Remote work is not an option.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for blockchain and DeFi solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
• Take ownership of resolving product bottlenecks related to network performance, security, transaction speed, and operational costs.
• Translate complex blockchain concepts into clear and actionable product requirements, user stories, and technical documentation.
• Conduct market and user research to guide product decisions and support adoption.
• Define success metrics and improve the product based on data and user feedback.
• Work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience.
• Engage with stakeholders and the community to gather input and prioritize product features.
• Coordinate product delivery with engineering and business teams to ensure timely and high-quality implementation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in the Blockchain, DeFi, or Web3 domain.
• Deep understanding of Layer-2 and Layer-3 scaling solutions such as Optimistic Rollups, ZK-Rollups, and modular blockchain architectures.
• Strong knowledge of DeFi protocols including DEXs, liquidity pools, lending, staking, and yield farming.
• Experience working with smart contracts (Solidity, Rust, or Move) and blockchain development frameworks.
• Ability to design and optimize tokenomics models, governance mechanisms, and decentralized incentives.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with tools like JIRA or Trello.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Dubai office.

Will be an advantage:

• Hands-on experience with DePIN or AI-driven blockchain products.
• Experience launching blockchain-based products in fast-paced or startup environments.
• Knowledge of cross-chain interoperability protocols and bridging solutions.
• Familiarity with blockchain oracles, data indexing tools, and Web3 infrastructure.
• Previous experience with NFTs, metaverse economies, or AI-based automation in blockchain.
