- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch product features and initiatives effectively.
- Leading the creation of marketing communications and creative assets for key Super App features, internal services, and external partnerships.
- Supporting product marketing campaigns throughout the product lifecycle, driving awareness, acquisition, and adoption.
- Developing guidelines, processes, and best practices for content creation and management.
- Identifying and developing educational tools to ensure customers realize the full value of our product and services.
- Monitoring key marketing metrics and driving growth through customer insights and market needs.
