Role Overview
As a Senior Product Manager for Personalization, you will own the strategy and execution of Calo’s personalization initiatives, ensuring that every customer has a tailored experience that aligns with their health goals and preferences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, design, and product operations, to deliver impactful solutions that drive engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
The role requires a strong product sense, deep analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate and influence across departments. You will be tasked with solving complex personalization challenges at scale, leveraging data, algorithms, and cutting-edge technologies to optimize and continuously improve our offerings.
The ideal candidate has experience working on large-scale personalization efforts, such as recommendation algorithms, news feeds, or similar data-driven products, and thrives in high-growth environments.
