Qualifications:
We are looking for a high-caliber Senior Product Manager who will lead key components of Seller Experience and will build ground-up experiences for driving success for selling partners in MENATR (UAE, KSA, EG & TR). You will build the right experience for selling partners through a combination of reapplying globally available solves and creating new ones from scratch for the region. Sellers are a critical part of Amazon’s ecosystem to deliver on our vision of offering the Earth’s largest selection and lowest prices.
This role will be a combination of product ownership and business strategy ownership to ensure sellers in the region have the best experience for building their business on Amazon. This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities and acumen. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, have strong attention to detail, and will be comfortable assessing and working with multiple sources envisioning what will be the ideal experience for selling partners to succeed in the region. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by the ambiguity or competing priorities to scale a business in a new geography. This means you are not only able to own high-level strategic initiatives but also roll up your sleeves, dig in, and get the job done.
The ideal candidate will have experience in product management, excellent analytical abilities to identify the opportunity and root cause of issues, business acumen, and strong data-driven strategic decision-making skills while working on multiple projects. She or he will have experience in leading internal and external stakeholders and drive strategic discussions with leadership to prioritize the projects she or he owns using persuasive data points. She or he should have experience working in a cross-functional environment such as working with sales, marketing, legal, external partners, WW engineering teams, and international counterparts.
