Senior Product Manager Amazon Payment Services - Payfort INT FZ LLC

Are you eager to make a huge impact on Amazon MENA payments products by increasing the customer purchasing power at checkout and driving engagement with partners? We are looking for a customer-obsessed, effective communicator, analytical, and innovative Senior Product Manager to launch and drive Payments Affordability product initiatives across the MENA (UAE, KSA, and Egypt) region. This is a multifaceted role requiring building and launching products, managing relationships with partners, executing campaigns, communicating internally with various stakeholders, developing scalable products, and diving deep into problem solving.

Key job responsibilities:

1. Understand and analyze customer needs by conducting research and monitoring market opportunities and trends.
2. Work with cross-functional teams including banks, schemes, financial companies, and influencing teams.
3. In cooperation with the technical, retail, and 3P teams, define and improve the customer experience for profitability.
4. Build the business and systems requirements from internal and external customers, write specifications, drive project schedules from design to release, and manage the production launch.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
• Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product.
• Experience as a product manager or owner.
• Experience owning technology products.
• Experience in either Ecommerce, BNPL, Fintech, or Banking industries.
• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
