What You'll Need
Hands-on experience building and scaling credit card products or other credit products from scratch.
Experience in managing people (Product Owners, Engineering, Operations, and Design).
An eye for great UX/UI and impeccable understanding of design best practices.
High analytical acumen along with solid business sense that guides ROI-based prioritization.
Experience formulating and driving a focused product vision, and owning the narrative with leadership, customers, and partners.
Bias towards action and bootstrapping major projects, rolling up your sleeves and being hands-on.
A readiness to provide insight and deliver measurable results under ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment.
