The Product Manager, Payouts is charged with building our market-leading payout solution, enabling money transfer across the globe in multiple currencies and payment rails.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Payout product end to end, from backend partner integrations to our client-facing API.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of new initiatives within the Payout strategy, identifying and executing improvements to current features and processes.
• Keep up-to-date with market, industry, and regulatory trends that will drive product decisions.
• Support product commercialization, including proposition development, business case development, stakeholder training, and creation of marketing collateral.
• Define, track, and monitor KPIs for Payout product initiatives, making data-driven decisions.
• Communicate product performance against KPIs to relevant stakeholders within the business.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of stakeholder (internal and external) needs and behaviors to design and deliver successful Payout product features.
• Work collaboratively with software engineering and other relevant stakeholders to define requirements, epics, and stories.

• 3 years of API product management experience with a strong track record in payments, preferably focused on outgoing payments to suppliers and employees. Experience in both banking and card rails is an advantage.
• Good understanding of how money moves locally and globally, familiar with prominent global schemes and entities involved.
• Strong understanding of API products and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining focus on priorities.
• Organized, self-starter, and a real team player.
• Strong ability to operate effectively in a technological, demanding, and fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and analytical with a logical approach to problem-solving.
