Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a talented and driven Product Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our games, including understanding the market and competition, building product roadmaps, defining features and working with the development team to execute on these plans.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
• Conducting market research to identify user need for new products.
• Prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with Developers, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Leading the planning product release plans and setting expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
• Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.
• Designing and implementing a comprehensive product marketing strategy.
• Working with the quality assurance team to ensure that the game is free of bugs and glitches.
• Keeping up-to-date with trends in the gaming industry and adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Overseeing the development of game manuals, instructions, and other support materials.
• Monitoring and managing strategic marketing plans for each product or product lines.
• Forecasting and managing a budget for game development and marketing.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in gaming product management, with a focus on mobile and web-based games.
• Strong understanding of game design, player psychology, and user experience.
• Experience with data analysis and ability to use data to drive product strategy and decision making.
• Strong understanding of game design principles, mechanics, and player behavior to create engaging and fun gaming experiences.
• Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
• Project management skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage resources effectively across multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the development team, stakeholders and to articulate the vision of the product to all involved parties.
• Technical expertise in software development and game industry trends to effectively communicate with the game development team and make informed decisions about product direction.
