This role will require you to act as Regional Product Manager for Audio and Visual products for MENA where you will be in-charge of all project requirements and designing strategies that suit the business on short and long term goals.
Role and Responsibilities
Responsible for the annual sales revenue and profit target of MENA TV/AV business
Developing regional product and sales/launching strategy (line-up, price positioning, SKU)
Building and strengthening brand equity via premium product leadership
Intelligence gathering on industry, product, channel, consumer, competitor trends
Collect and assess localized differentiated product ideas/needs
Developing and supporting product training programs for entire distribution channel
Product manager with sales sense is essential
Managing and guiding a team of PMs to build solid plans
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor/Master degree in Business or marketing, with minimum 10 ~ 12 years’ experience in Product marketing manager role, preferably in Electronics and/or FMCG
Fluent in English speaking and writing (mandatory); Arabic is an advantage
Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must
Full Knowledge of sales cycle and PSI management is essential.
Strength in building future forecasts based on trends and actual results.

Understanding: Channel, Distribution and MENA market dynamics should be one of the possessed skills
Physical demands: Business travel may be required across the Middle East and North African countries
