We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our Tabby Shop team, where you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our e-commerce platform and elevating the overall shopping experience. As a Product Designer, you'll be responsible for leading design initiatives across both the B2B and B2C aspects of the Tabby Shop. In the B2B space, you'll focus on optimizing the seller's personal account and streamlining campaign setup. On the B2C side, you'll drive innovation in creating new revenue opportunities by designing paid promotional features for our partners.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of design, e-commerce, and business growth, helping to enhance both user engagement and partner success.

What you'll get to do:

We focus on creating a smooth, engaging, and conversion-driven shopping journey. This includes:

1. Designing innovative formats for native integrations and media advertisements, ensuring a seamless user experience without overwhelming the app with excessive banners.
2. Driving user engagement and increasing app traffic to boost profitability: crafting intuitive mechanisms for activating exclusive discounts and cashback offers, and enhancing the discount and coupon sections for maximum impact.
3. Collaborating across teams: opportunities to rotate through and contribute to projects from other teams, broadening your scope and impact within the organization.

Relocation
We offer remote work from anywhere in the world and are happy to work out an individual relocation plan for you. Our employees have the opportunity to choose a country for registration: at the moment those are Armenia/Georgia/Serbia/Portugal/Spain.

We will help you open a legal entity and a bank account. In Armenia and Georgia the taxes are compensated by Tabby. In other countries we provide partial compensation of taxes.

We employ according to B2B contracts (service agreements).

For our employees we cover the following:

• Flight to one of the mentioned countries.
• Accommodation during the paperwork completion period.
• Opening a bank account and getting a residence permit in one of the mentioned countries.
• Family relocation (dependants).

New employees can also choose an alternative method of relocation to another country of their choice. In this case, Tabby will reimburse up to $5,000 of verified costs upon opening a legal entity and a bank account.
