Timely address all requests from leadership providing prompt and accurate data
Create and manage metrics, share points, and web reports
Demonstrate the use of information-gathering techniques, analyzing situations and identifying implications in order to make correct decisions
Ability to understand the big picture and the inter-relationships of all positions and activities in the system
Lead development of employee-related activities and initiatives (Lean initiatives, employee survey action plans, all-employee meetings, award programs, safety activities, etc.)
Communicate effectively verbally and in writing on behalf of leadership
