Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing of goods and services as required by the Organization / Schools.
  2. Evaluate proposals and recommend award.
  3. Ensure all school procurement requirements are completed within the SLA of the department.
  4. Process purchase orders and ensure supplier delivery.
  5. Maintain relations with preferred suppliers to ensure procurement of high-quality goods/services, expedient delivery, and dependable service at optimum price.
  6. Analyze markets to determine suppliers’ sources and product availability.
  7. Compile and prepare reports and analyses setting forth progress, adverse trends, and appropriate recommendations or conclusions.
  8. Ability to develop dashboards would be an added asset.

Specific Duties:

  1. Ensure compliance of purchasing activities with corporate governance.
  2. Solve problems related to procurement processes, logistics, and tenders.
  3. Maintain documentation related to all purchases/tenders.
  4. (Additional to normal activities):
  5. Vendor Registration.
  6. Maintain proper source channel for potential suppliers.
  7. Manage and control all legal documents for the vendor during registration (NDA, Trade License, Profile).
  8. Pre-Qualification grading for all vendors.
