Senior Procurement Officer

Our client, a leading Waste Management & Facilities Management service provider in the MENA region, is looking for a Senior Procurement Officer to be responsible for their procurement function in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop & implement strategic procurement plans
2. Lead key supplier negotiations for cost-effective procurement
3. Manage a team of two procurement professionals
4. Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and company policies
5. Optimize procurement processes to enhance efficiency

Ideal Candidate:

1. 5+ years of procurement experience (preferably in Waste Management/FM/Construction)
2. Strong negotiation & supplier management skills
3. Fluent in Arabic & English
4. Experience with procurement software & Microsoft Office
5. Excellent leadership & stakeholder management skills
