Deal with the procurement needs of the organisation.
Work with other Departments to forecast demand and evaluate inventory levels.
Negotiate directly with vendors to secure the best possible commercial terms.
Initiate RFQs, compare offers, award, and administer/expedite project supply, services, and subcontracts to suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.
Utilize cost management to identify areas of potential cost reduction and analyze the impact of pricing changes for goods, subcontracts, and services.
Build relationships with vendors and manage their performance.
Conduct routine vendor business reviews, evaluating vendor performance and compliance.
Requirements
Supply Chain, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical discipline), or Finance studies.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar position.
Experience in the Construction sector is necessary.
Understanding and professional experience with Procurement contracts.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
