Job Description

• Procurement of subcontractors for various trades within targeted time frame.
• Ensure proper budgetary control.
• Timely action on requisitions & subcontract requirements.
• Study contract specifications, drawings, BOQ, and prepare enquiries; send enquiries and invite quotations.
• Review the quotations for compliance with contractual specifications & drawings.
• Preparation of bid summary to ensure budgetary control.
• Preparation of Work Order / Sub Contract Agreement and follow up for the acceptance of contractual terms.
• Coordination with sites to discuss submittal status, approval, and priority items.
• Handling complaints from site and subcontractors.
• Contribute effectively towards Management Review Meetings and related follow up.
• Effective communication and control over quality records and quality documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, or related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the engineering and construction industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
