Senior Private Banker

Executive Partners Ltd is a Swiss Recruiting company for Swiss and International Private Banks, Wealth Management, External Asset Management Firms, Family Offices, Fund Managers, and Trading companies. This role is for a prestigious Swiss Bank looking to expand their team in Zurich or Geneva with market coverage focused on the MEA market.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

1. Responsible for managing and developing a private client portfolio consisting of high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals originating from the MEA region.
2. Developing and sustaining relationships in the region with frequent traveling to prospect new business and meet clients.
3. Advising clients on portfolio management, asset allocation, and other traditional and alternative investments.
4. Working closely with investment advisory, compliance, and execution teams.
5. Role reports to the Managing Director.

Key Qualifications / Experience

1. Proven track record of a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in client acquisition and management of wealth for clients.
2. Continuous professional career development in a prestigious bank.
3. Excellent relationships with HNW and UHNW clients in the MEA market.
4. Outstanding network in the private banking industry to support our growth strategy and to push the development agenda for revenue, NNA.
5. Skills to acquire HNW and UHNW clients through referrals, own network by actively approaching potential clients.
6. Excellent track record of revenue generation (ROA) and asset acquisition (NNM).
7. A team player with the highest professional work ethic and standards who is decisive, innovative and able to cope under pressure.
8. High level of professional and personal integrity and compliance standards ensuring all work activities are performed in line with internal and external guidelines and regulatory policies.
9. MBA or degree from a university or an institute of higher education.
