What You Will Be Doing

• Architect and execute groundbreaking SaaS operations strategies that will become the industry benchmark.
• Pioneer the integration of AI tools and automation to create a self-healing, intelligent operations ecosystem.
• Design and implement a revolutionary framework for seamlessly absorbing new SaaS acquisitions into our operational infrastructure.
• Lead the charge in transforming traditional ops workflows into AI-powered, automated processes.

What You Won't Be Doing

• Getting bogged down in day-to-day operational firefighting—your mission is to eliminate it through intelligent automation.
• Operating in a single-product silo—you'll be orchestrating operations across a diverse, growing ecosystem of SaaS products.
• Maintaining legacy operational approaches—you'll be at the forefront of AI-driven operational transformation.

Senior Principal Architect Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the development and execution of an AI-first SaaS operations function that sets new standards for reliability, efficiency, and scalability across our expanding portfolio of SaaS acquisitions.

Basic Requirements

• Proven track record with 5+ years of leading enterprise-grade SaaS operations.
• Demonstrated success in owning end-to-end SaaS operations and steering major cloud transitions in an SME environment serving enterprise clients.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI solutions and automation in operational workflows.
• Deep technical expertise in AWS ecosystem and modern DevOps practices, including containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.

Working with Crossover
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
