Senior Pre-sales Engineer - Security Systems

What you will do
The Senior Pres-sales Engineer is a key role directly reporting to the Pre-sales Manager. You will be based in Dubai and be a part of a growing team, responsible for driving the growth of business for Building Technology and Solutions.

As a Senior Pres-sales Engineer, you will work closely with the Sales team on technical and commercial proposals. As a member of this team, you will operate within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to support the team with pre-sales/estimation for the most optimized solution.

How you will do it
You will be responsible for validating assumptions made during solution design, estimates, and scope of work for assigned projects in conjunction with operations. You will also provide technical risk analysis for the complete solution. You will participate in transition meetings with the Operations team to ensure project scope, objectives, timeline, and customer requirements are taken care of in a proper manner.

As a Senior Pres-sales Engineer, you may need to perform on-site data collection at customer facilities and support post-contract design reviews. You will also focus on developing multiple components. You will use strong customer relationship skills to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (suppliers and vendors).

What we look for
Required

1. Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication/Electronic/Electrical or similar.
2. Minimum 7 years’ experience in Pre Sales/Estimation of Physical Security systems (IP surveillance system, Access control system, etc.).
3. Result-oriented, tenacious, self-motivated, with a customer-focused approach.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Proficient in business analysis.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills - must be able to adapt working style to the personalities and work styles of our stakeholders and internal partners.
7. Fluency in the English language is essential.
8. Good analytical skills.
