What you will do
The Senior Pressales Engineer is a key role directly reporting to the Presales Manager. You will be based in Dubai and be a part of a growing team responsible for driving the growth of business for Building Technology and Solutions.
As a Senior Pressales Engineer, you will work closely with the Sales team for technical and commercial proposals. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to support the team with the presales/estimation for the most optimized solution.
How you will do it
You will be responsible for validating assumptions made during solution design estimates and the scope of work for assigned projects in conjunction with operations. You will also be responsible for providing technical risk analysis for the complete solution. You will be part of transition meetings with the Operations team to ensure project scope objectives, timeline, and customer requirements are taken care of in a proper manner.
As a Senior Pressales Engineer, you may need to perform onsite data collection at customer facilities and support post-contract design review. You will also be focused on developing multiple components. You will be using strong customer relationship skills to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (suppliers and vendors).
What we look for
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication/Electronic/Electrical or similar.
Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Pre Sales/Estimation of Physical Security systems (IP surveillance system, Access control system, etc.).
Result-oriented, tenacious, self-motivated with a customer-focused approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in business analysis.
Excellent interpersonal skills; must be able to adapt working style to the personalities and work styles of our stakeholders and internal partners.
Fluency in the English language is essential.
Good analytical skills.
