Senior Portfolio Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Reviews all company documents to ensure that the company is operating within the jurisdiction and in compliance with Saudi Laws and any other relevant laws & regulations.
2. Prepares and reviews resolutions and Articles of Association for the formation of new companies/subsidiaries, including coordination with local and regional law firms and partners.
3. Prepares and provides all the constitutional documentation of the Company and POA.
4. Prepares and reviews modifications and amendments to Articles of Association and Subsidiary Company resolutions as required.
5. Provides advice and services to protect companies or subsidiaries based on requisite service agreements (if any).
