Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Portfolio & Asset Manager responsible for overseeing the current portfolio of revenue-generating assets including the conversion of undeveloped land banks via detailed market studies by third parties. This role involves strategic decision-making, financial analysis, and asset management to ensure the growth and sustainability of our investments. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of market trends, risk management, and asset valuation and development, coupled with strong leadership capabilities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement investment strategies to achieve client objectives and maximize returns.
2. Monitor portfolio performance, analyze market trends, and make recommendations for adjustments.
3. Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments and assess their risk-return profiles.
4. Oversee existing revenue-generating portfolios and review Property Management performance.
5. Oversee and facilitate portfolio budget approvals and expenditure.

Asset Management:

1. Oversee the management of assets, ensuring they are aligned with the overall investment strategy.
2. Work closely with property managers, leasing agents, and financial analysts to optimize asset performance.
3. Prepare detailed asset performance reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
4. Oversee and facilitate smooth administration of all assets.

Client Relations:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and/or client representatives, understanding investment goals and providing tailored solutions.
2. Communicate portfolio performance and investment strategies effectively to clients, client representatives, and stakeholders.
3. Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to asset management, investment strategies, and asset administration.

Market Research:

1. Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
2. Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and economic indicators affecting investment strategies.
3. Work with third parties to generate market reports and asset-specific studies.
