Senior Planning Manager

We are currently seeking an adept Senior Planning Manager to oversee a large-scale civil expansion project at a major shopping mall in Dubai.

Qualifications Required

• This pivotal role involves orchestrating activities around ongoing demolition processes and seamless interfacing with infrastructure and utilities.
• Candidates must have a proven record of success in similar roles, coupled with comprehensive and verifiable knowledge of Dubai's local authorities.
• The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in managing complex urban buildings, in-depth knowledge of malls, infrastructure, utilities, and a thorough understanding of Dubai's regulatory framework, encompassing the entire development lifecycle from project commencement to handover.
• Additionally, applicants should be aware that this position, integral to the Project Management team, necessitates a collaborative approach with our employer. The role demands excellent verbal and written communication skills, complemented by the capability to present complex construction and development schedules effectively.
