Senior Planning Manager

Roles & Responsibilities Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Degree in Engineering, Construction or similar with 15+ years of experience
2. Prior experience in residential villa projects as part of the PMC team is mandatory
3. UAE experience is mandatory (preferably Abu Dhabi)

Experience:

1. You will have experience in development and maintaining baseline programmes starting with very little briefs and input.
2. You have considerable Planning & Scheduling experience showing clear career progression in the planning field through working either client side or for a consultancy.
3. You will have experience of working on high value, high rise and other building/mixed use projects from pre-concept to handover.
