Your new role, what's involved

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor critical paths, float analysis, and resource loading to ensure timely project completion.
• Track project progress against the baseline schedule and provide weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to align planning objectives.
• Coordinate with procurement, design, and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct forensic schedule analysis to evaluate delays, variations, and time extension claims.
• Prepare reports for EOT (Extension of Time) claims, supporting documentation, and justifications.
• Ensure compliance with FIDIC contracts, NEC, or other relevant contractual frameworks.
• Ensure project planning aligns with Abu Dhabi regulations, AD Ports Authority guidelines, and industry standards.
• Maintain detailed planning documentation, including logs, reports, and correspondence.
• Support audits and inspections by providing accurate planning records and compliance reports.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Minimum 10+ years in planning and scheduling, with at least 5 years in maritime/coastal projects.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Primavera P6 (mandatory), MS Project, Excel, Power BI.
• Strong understanding of marine construction methodologies, dredging, quay wall, and breakwater construction.
• PMP, PSP (AACEI), or PRINCE2 is a plus.
