Job Description

Develops the detailed baseline of work as per the contract documents and schedule management plan.

Manages resource leveling.

Ensures schedule requirements are met by:

1. Performing cost loading.
2. Monitoring the cash flow.
3. Updating the project progress.
4. Monitoring outputs.

Prepares the recovery program and mitigation plan according to the actual progress rates.

Assists the Project Manager in identifying schedule objectives, deliverables, critical activities, delays, etc.

Identifies the risks and develops a risk management plan with mitigation issues.

Supports the Commercial Team with procurement/finance forecasting plans vs. incoming payment.

Manages claims (VOs, EOTs, late payment claims) through FIDIC.
