Minimum Qualification:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university
2. Minimum 15+ years’ experience of planning in the oil & gas industry including PMC experience
3. Experience within FEED & EPC
4. Experience in large offshore major projects
5. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Offshore projects
6. Proficient in the use of Primavera P-6
7. Experience with Project Scheduling and Cost Control
8. Good analytical, verbal, and written communication skills to accurately document, report, and present findings

Job Description Responsibilities:

1. Assess Business Plans for execution, Develop strategies and preparation of Operating Budget
2. Review and comment on the cost estimates prepared by PMC / Contractors during Conceptual / FEED / EPC phases
3. Liaise with the Project Control Engineers of the PMT, manage a team of planning engineers from the Consultants and Contractors, providing them with technical and leadership skills
4. Review and implement Cost Estimation, Budgeting, Cost Monitoring & Control, Forecasting and Reporting requirements for the execution of Major Projects establishing strategies and priorities
5. Strong foreseeability to identify the potential risks/conflicts, and document them
6. Review the Exceptional reports of the PMT on Project Control and PMC Monthly Cost Report
