Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
Minimum 15+ years' experience of planning in the oil & gas industry including PMC experience.
Experience within FEED & EPC.
Experience in large offshore major projects.
Minimum 5 years' experience in Offshore projects.
Proficient in the use of Primavera P-6.
Experience with Project Scheduling and Cost Control.
Good analytical, verbal, and written communication skills to accurately document, report, and present findings.
Job Description Responsibilities
- Assess business plans for execution.
- Develop strategies and preparation of operating budget.
- Review and comment on the cost estimates prepared by PMC / Contractors during Conceptual / FEED / EPC phases.
- Liaise with the Project Control Engineers of the PMT, managing a team of planning engineers from the consultants and contractors, providing them with technical and leadership skills.
- Review and implement cost estimation, budgeting, cost monitoring & control, forecasting, and reporting requirements for execution of major projects, establishing strategies and priorities.
- Strong foreseeability to identify potential risks/conflicts and document them.
- Review the exceptional reports of the PMT on project control and PMC monthly cost report.
