Job description

Prepare pipeline design deliverables
Provide input to produce pipeline documents and drawings
Complete pipeline design calculations (wall thickness, buoyancy, bending, etc.)
Provide field engineering support to perform site surveys and data gathering at various locations throughout the field
Complete Material Take Offs and associated Material Requisitions
Coordinate procurement bids and complete technical bid evaluations
Identify optimization and operating cost reduction opportunities
Ensure construction and field modifications meet the requirements of all applicable codes, standards and regulations
Awareness of interdisciplinary activities and coordination such as PFD & P&ID’s
Responsible for design team activities and assisting Senior Designer and Engineers
Assist in coordination of all activities related to pipeline discipline
Able to travel to Basra, Iraq as and when required.
To promote safe behavior at all times
Proficiency in MS Excel, Caesar II/Autopipe and awareness in Arc GIS, Autocad, Naviswork
